These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your relationship with My Carnival Match (the “Company”) as an affiliate marketer. The Company will pay you commissions based on the sales made by the customers that you refer to the Company’s website (the “Website”). By using this Website or otherwise accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use this Website or otherwise accept these Terms.

 

1. Definitions

 

a. Affiliate: An individual who has completed the registration process and is eligible to receive commissions from the Company.

b. Commission: The commission paid by an affiliate for sales made through their links on the Website. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net revenue generated from each sale, which is calculated after taxes and fees have been deducted but before returns are processed or any other deductions are made on behalf of the affiliate program participant(s). Commissions may vary depending on how many sales occur in a given period of time and what type of sale occurs (for example, free shipping offers may result in lower commissions than regular purchases). 1. The Company may terminate the affiliate program at any time without notice.

 

a. My Carnival Match may terminate, suspend or otherwise limit your access to the affiliate program at any time, with or without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to:

– Your violation of these terms and conditions;

– Your failure to perform any of your obligations under this agreement;

– Your misuse of our brand names and trademarks;

– Any misrepresentation made by you;

– Any other actions on your part that we believe could damage our reputation or brand names.

 

b. The Company reserves the right to change or modify this agreement or any of its policies relating to the affiliate program at any time and in its sole discretion, including but not limited to: (a) the commission structure for its affiliates; (b) the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the affiliate program; and (c) any other terms, conditions or policies of the company that are relevant to you as an affiliate marketer. If we make changes to these terms, we will provide you with notice of such changes by sending a message through our system or via email, or by posting a note on our website. As allowed under Section 1842(c)(2) of Title 28, United States Code (U.S.C.), any new terms will become effective upon your continued use of our services after such changes are posted.
